Anthony Overpeck
Mr. Overpeck has 20 years of experience in the day to day operation of movie theaters.  He started sweeping popcorn as a 15 year old for Loews.  More recently, worked with Santikos Theatres as Director of Business Development/Executive Director.  He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the theater operation.  He brings this experience to site evaluation, building construction, FFE (Furniture, Fixture and Equipment) purchases, negotiation and installation.  He has experience operating high volume mega-theaters as well as dinner/bar/bistro cinemas.  He oversees booking films, negotiating contracts and ensures the day to day operations are both first class and profitable.

Kyle Cabe
Mr. Cabe brings 20 years of experience in the appraisal of real estate.  He began his career in 1986 in Nacogdoches, TX while attending Stephen F. Austin State University.  In 1992 he was hired by the Comal Appraisal District (one of the fastest growing counties in the country) and was assigned to oversee the residential appraisal department.  In 1996 he was promoted to Director of Appraisal.  His duties as Director included the oversight of the appraisal process and analysis, management of resources and staff, budget development and the liaison for the district with local and state officials.  He brings his experience in commercial appraisal, customer service, management and financial oversight and oversees our day to day financial operations.
